Former Justice Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik Demonstrated Arrested in Six Murder Scenarios in Dhaka

Desk News: Former Justice A.H.M. Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik has long been shown as arrested in reference to 6 individual murder circumstances in Dhaka. On Wednesday, September 18, following a Listening to, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md. Zaki Al Farabi authorized the petitions to show Manik arrested in these conditions.

Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik was detained with the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) on August 23 in the border place of Kanaighat Upazila in Sylhet. He was arrested below Part 54 and developed ahead of the court, where by Senior Judicial Magistrate-1 of Sylhet, Choose Alomgir Hossain, ordered him for being despatched to jail.

Even though Manik was granted bail yesterday (September 17) by Sylhet’s Supplemental Chief Judicial Magistrate Judge Anjan Kanti Das, he stays in custody as a consequence of several other scenarios pending against him.
